Buffalo Bleu Cheese Burgers

Approx. 20 oz ground turkey
1 egg
1 tablesp Worcester sauce
4-5 drops liquid smoke
salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, poultry seasoning if you have it or Italian seasoning
about 5 rounded tsp blue cheese crumbles
A good buffalo wing sauce- Quaker Steak & Lube is good at whatever desired heat you like.
Combine turkey, egg, and salt, pepper, and spices
Form into patties- however you like them; thin or thick
Grill or pan-fry till almost done through.
Slather generously with buffalo wing sauce and place a heaping spoonful of crumbled blue cheese on top of burger. While blue cheese is beginning to melt heat or lightly grill rolls. Take off burgers before cheese completely melted and burger is overcooked- cheese will continue to melt.
