Peanut Coconut Sauce

You can use the extra sauce from this on Lindsey's Thai Chicken Pizza.
1 can coconut milk, or coconut cream
½ jug of peanut butter, (1 lb, 2 cups, or more)
crushed red pepper and/or curry powder
cornstarch and water to thicken
soy sauce (1/2 cup or so)
garlic
Cook in own pan on med/low heat until peanut butter melted and fully mixed. Serve over bell peppers and shrimp, chicken, or beef, all over noodles or rice.
