Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup shredded parm cheese
3/4 cup mayonaise
sprinkle of garlic salt
Drain artichoke hearts and mush up with your hands (some people like to put them in the food processor but I like mine chunky, it's your personal preference) add mayo, 3/4 cup parm cheese, and garlic salt and mix, put in a baking dish (one on the smaller side, I usually use an 8x8 square glass dish) sprinkle remaining pram cheese on top, bake @ 350 for 20 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly
