Easy Eggplant Parmesan

Slice an eggplant into half-inch thick slices. Coat with olive oil. Place on a grill for 10 mins each side. Transfer to baking dish. Cover with marinara sauce and top with mozerella cheese. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 mins.
