Submitted By: min016 (Mindy)
1 lb box of stuffing shells - cook and drain
3 cups of chicken breasts - boiled
1 small box of stuffing mix - prepared as directed
1 cup of chopped celery and
1 cup of onion
1 cup of miracle whip
2 cans of mushroom or cream of chicken
2 cans of regular milk
(Use regular milk or else it won't get thick. You can use the 1 big or 2 regular size cans of soup. It all depends on how much you want to put over the shells.)
Cook the onion and celery in the microwave just enough to soften.
Mix miracle whip, onion, celery, chicken and stuffing.
Stuff the shells with the above mixture and place in a baking dish.
Mix the soup and milk, put part of it in the bottom of the dish and pour the remainder over the shells.
Bake covered for 1 hour at 350.
