Struesel Blueberry Muffins

These are super yummy! I've made them with a little less sugar, and used applesauce instead of oil to make them a little healthier, but they're best like this.

Muffins:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
approx. 1/3 cup milk
1 pint fresh blueberries

Topping (approximate measurements):
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, softened but not melted
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine flour, white sugar, salt, and baking powder. Pour vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Stir into flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased or lined muffin tins, almost to the top. Mix the topping ingredients together, and sprinkle on top of the muffins. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
