Spinach Quiche

1 frozen pie shell
1 box frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
½ c. (about 4oz.) Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 c. milk
Few shakes of salt and pepper
Dash of nutmeg

1. Pierce pie shell with fork. Bake empty pie crust according to directions. Usually about 7-10 mins.
2. Spread spinach on bottom of baked pie shell.
3. Layer cheese.
4. Combine eggs and milk, salt and pepper and nutmeg in separate bowl.
5. Add ½ egg mixture over the spinach and cheese.
6. Layer rest of cheese
7. Add rest of egg mixture.
8. Bake quiche at 400 degrees for 15 minutes to set egg.
9. Turn down over to 350 degrees and bake for 30 mins
