Pepperoni Pockets

tube of pilsbury crescent rolls
pepperoni slices
part skim ricotta
shredded mozzarella
grated parmasen
basil, oregano, italian herbs
Divide the cresecent rolls on a cookie sheet. Place a spoonful of ricotts in the widest part of each piece of dough. Add a piece of pepperoni, mozzarella, parmesan, and herbs to taste. Roll up the dough and pinch the edges closed.
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
