Sweet Potato Souffle

3 cups cooked, washed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish. Top with:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix and blend by and and spread on sweet potato mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven until topping is light brown, 15-20 minutes.
