Finger-Lickin' Chicken

Here's one I like to make when I don't want to stand over the stove.
4 chicken breasts
2 cups of mayo (I use light)
juice from 1-2 limes
sea salt (to taste)
fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
Heat the oven to 350. In a small dish, coat the bottom with the last four ingredients. Add the chicken and coat the top with remaining mixture. I usually don't cover, but depending on your oven, you may need to. Cook 'til done (45 min.-1hr.). Serve with rice, and spoon remaining cooked mixture on top. Tangy!
