Riverside Chicken Casserole

3 cups cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery, cooked until tender
1 small onion
1 cup cooked rice
1 can of cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can water chestnuts drained and sliced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Mix all ingredients and place into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
When you have about 20 minutes left on baking time, mix together 1 cup of corn flakes and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and place it on top of the casserole. Continue baking until done.
