Asian Lettuce Chicken Wraps

I just sauteed chicken in some soy sauce, ginger, rice wine, balsamic (whatever I could throw in there!). Then I added sliced (the long way) strips of red bell peppers, zucchini, and onions. The recipe called for water chestnuts and bean sprouts but I didn't have them.

I let it cook for a while. I put a serving into a large piece of iceberg lettuce that was folded over to make it a little sturdier. You could probably use any kind of lettuce.

Anyway, it was so good. I made fried rice using Jasmine rice and it was the perfect touch.
